Created from a 200+ year old fallen Giant Sequoia 20 feet long, 46 inch wide, and 3 inch thick. This particular tree was fallen many years ago somewhere in Mendocino County. When found in a large stack of old wood covered in leaves and dirt, the slab was split down the middle in two pieces. The two pieces were rejoined into a single slab 46 inches wide. Can you see the repaired crack?. The bases are hand-welded steel prisms finished with a Japanese-Brown patina.
